Book a Private Event
Want to host your friends, family, and/or coworkers for a fun private clay experience? Our studio can host up to 8 people for a hand building or wheel throwing session - there is a minimum of 4 participants per event. For 2 hours, everyone can get their hands dirty and create a sweet handmade item.
Private events are for ages 16+ only.

How much does the event cost?
Hand-Building: $90 per person
Wheel Throwing: $110 per person
Payment made after event date is finalized.
What is a wheel throwing event like?
If you choose to try wheel throwing, your instructor will help you to make a "something!" Wheel-throwing is a more challenging first time clay activity, but it's still very fun. It just means that there aren't guarantees you'll make the object you want in one go. Most people are able to make a bowl for their first time on a wheel. Some can make a sweet tumbler. Either way, choosing to do a wheel-throwing activity means you'll get to challenge yourself in a fun way. You'll get to pick a glaze color for your piece at the end of the event. All work made will be ready for pick-up from the studio 3-4 weeks later.
What is a Hand-Building event like?
If you choose to try hand-building, you have the option of making anything you'd like. Come with an idea in mind of what you want to make and your instructor will help you construct that piece over the course of the 2 hours. Want to make a hand-built mug or vase? You can do that in this event! Hand-built work can be painted on with our studio underglazes - your instructor will later apply a clear glaze to those pieces. If you don't want to paint a fun design on your piece, you can pick a single glaze color for your piece at the end of the event. All work made will be ready for pick-up from the studio 3-4 weeks later.
CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINK?
Absolutely! We want you to set the vibe for your event. We don't provide utensils, cups, etc, but we have a big mirror in the space for a fun group selfie, a long metal table for setting out food/drink, a speaker you can stream your music, and plenty of tools for whatever you need to bring your creations to life.
